Lash extensions are individual synthetic fibers bonded one-by-one to your own natural lashes using medical-grade adhesive, adding length, curl, and volume. A lash lift only curls your existing natural lashes without adding any length or volume — the two services solve different problems.

A Full Set takes 2 to 3 hours depending on the style, while Fills take 1 to 2 hours. The process is entirely pain-free — you rest with your eyes closed while extensions are applied to isolated lashes. Most clients relax or even nap through the appointment.

Extensions don't fall out on their own — they shed naturally along with your own lashes on their normal growth cycle, roughly every 6 to 8 weeks per lash. Because shedding is staggered, most clients book a fill every 2 to 3 weeks to keep the set looking full.

A Full Set applies extensions to every eligible lash from scratch. A Fill only replaces lashes that have shed since your last visit and is priced lower. Skipping fills for more than 3 to 4 weeks usually means the set has thinned out enough that you'll need a new Full Set instead.

Mascara should be avoided — it's unnecessary and difficult to remove without damaging extensions. Water is fine after the first 24 to 48 hours once the adhesive fully cures, but oil-based cleansers and makeup removers should be avoided near the eyes.

Classic uses one extension per natural lash for the most natural look. Hybrid blends Classic and Volume fans for added texture. Volume uses multiple ultra-fine fans per lash for fullness without weight. Mega Volume is the densest and most dramatic option.

When applied correctly by a trained artist using proper isolation technique, extensions do not damage natural lashes. Damage typically results from improper application or from picking and pulling at extensions.

Most clients with mild sensitivity can still get extensions using low-fume, medical-grade adhesive along with a patch test beforehand. Clients with chronic eye conditions should consult their doctor first.
